A real-estate developer announced that he’s ready to begin converting the former office building at Broad and Spring Garden streets into Tower Place, a luxury-apartment-and-retail complex. This development will be done in two phases. Phase 1 is luxory apartment. Phase 2 is more retail.

Philadelphia’s Reading Viaduct Project – Images of the Sky Park

The Center City District said they would commission for a design study of the Reading Viaduct Project in what is to be called Phase 1 and the CCD delivered. The park designs include new trees and plantings, an outdoor classroom, seating, swings and more. All they have to do is find the funding to make this project a reality.
