Temple Student Housing Ban Upheld in Yorktown Area

The Temple University student housing market can not develop (still) into the Yorktown Area, just south of Temple’s campus. On January 4th, Commonwealth Court upheld a 2010 Common Pleas decision that a special zoning ordinance requiring landlords to live with their student residents in Yorktown homes is constitutional.
